Hope you have a great get together and your beans will be just fine!! Our kids are out of town for the holiday so I got the holiday off from cooking - lucky me!!! Time to pay attention to important things - like this trial - LOL.
Heartiest dittos to that here. Also, I do think most FReepers are pretty analytical, and hopefully, love the law. We want to see justice done for this beautiful little girl so bad we can taste it.
Again, we mention the Scott Peterson case. No proof he killed his wife - yet he sits on Death Row. Sometimes a jury doesn’t need a video proving murder.

It can be "proved" even with just circumstantial evidence...not necessarily direct evidence. Murders have been found guilty even without a body as evidence.

I heard Tony wasn’t happy about Casey sleeping over at his place. I suspect Casey used her usual ways of convincing Tony to do something against his better judgement....Decisions matter in life.
