There are also sure to be courtroom fireworks as the State gives it rebuttal and the case is expected to be sent to the jury.
Court is starting early today at 8:30 a.m.
The countdown for justice for Caylee begins.

“Beyond reasonable doubt” does not mean no doubt. It means “reasonable” doubt. Some have stated it’s like 80-20 .
Agree with you about the defense; but the prosecution has done the same. Smack down of prosecutor yesterday.

But - it is also possible that the father is a rapist, touched his daughter, and messed with his grandchild unto her death.

Let me get this right, LOL. Casey said she didn’t sleep for 4 nights and you took that to mean that she really and honestly had not slept for 4 nights? Hint: You cannot believe anything...anything Casey says. Not ever.
Yeah college kid probably should drop out now if he/she is going to dismiss every person who ever had an affair - professors, other students, parents, grandparents, grocery store clerks, clergy, teachers, doctors, presidents, military leaders, and almost every Congressman and/or attorney ever admitted to the bar! lol (Ok that last group was overkill)

If not for the state, there would be no possible justice.
George and Cindy have NEVER sought justice for their granddaughter.
I heard the closing arguments from boh sides. Barring a whacko on the jury, I say they come back with first degree murder.

Kristina is very pretty. I found that they went to high school together but Casey of course did not graduate. Kristina had 2 kids and they had met with Casey and Caylee on June 12th or June 13th and they all went for a walk in Lake Underhill Park. Kristina told investigators that she had babysat for Caylee and that Casey had sometimes babysat for her 2 kids.
Juror number 4 will propably hang it up the entire jury.
Oh brother—that should make the hairs on the back of her neck stand up! Thank goodness her kids didn’t irritate or inconvenience Casey at that time!
You are right, but the reason the defense gets so many objections on the record is just for retrial - the State has no reason to do so I wouldn’t think
I think it will be 2nd degree murder with aggravated child abuse.
Have you seen any speculation as to who the jury foreman might be? Some jury observers say they can often predict the choice in advance..by demeanor, body language, and the way the other jurors sort of defer to this person when they enter and exit the courtroom..
Perry’s been excellant in overseeing this trial...fair says it well, to both sides. I’d take him any day over a trial. The better a Judge controls the courtroom the better for bringing out the facts.
Or she could have just been acting like the drama queen she is.
Seriously thought, I assumed she hadn't slept in jail. On Greta they showed how there is no privacy for Casey...door is not solid. this could be just during the trial but may have been at that point as well.
I’m predicting we get a verdict late Wednesday morning..about 11am..
