Good Morning to all, and Happy Independence Day.
There are also sure to be courtroom fireworks as the State gives it rebuttal and the case is expected to be sent to the jury.
Court is starting early today at 8:30 a.m.
The countdown for justice for Caylee begins.
Only a mother would have thought of that angle. (No offense to wonderful Jeff Ashton.)
I was just thinking I hope those talking heads get a lip reader to interpret what Casey was mumbling during those tapes.
I’m surprised Casey didn’t pitch a fit when Linda Burdick was giving the closing arguments.
Even for those of us who have really followed this case, that description of the yard and her little playhouse really hit home for me. From a bad situation with a daughter who hid her pregnancy and lied constantly, even stole from them, they got a beautiful grandchild for a short time. Despite all the weird things going on with this family, they loved Caylee and took care of her. Casey is a monster
I think it may have been something like “my goose is cooked.”
“”And shame on Murphy, but shes always been a little whacky for someone supposedly so brilliant.””
I am sure glad I missed her last night. She USED to be a great advocate for child victims but she has sure gotten screwy. She used to be attractive also but whatever it is she’s done with her hair has obviously affected her brain. She looks terrible!
Hopefully before the end of the day. It would make for a greater July 4th and truth and justice for Caylee.
2 hours ...
The jurors will have enough time to drive back to Clearwater and see the 4th of July fireworks tonight.
She’s a monster. Clear and simple.
Blown away!
She gave it her best shot with her eyes.
Also, they're ALL aware, the REAL vote is over the death penalty..
We just sat spellbound by this prosecuters presentation
Totally impressed by this judge
I`m thinking one day for a decision of murder one
“The calls are the final nail in her literal coffin.”
Yes, that and the tatoo “a beautiful life”. Karma is coming back to bite her in the you know what.

Simon Birch, the operations manager for Johnsons Wrecker Service during the summer of 2008, said that Anthonys white Pontiac Sunfire had been on the tow yards lot for three days when he examined the cars exterior in early July On July 13, 2008, while doing yard work, Cindy and George Anthony found a notice from the post office for a certified letter affixed on their front door. George Anthony picked up the certified letter from the post office on July 15, 2008, and found out that their daughters car was in a tow yard
Birch testified that Caseys car was taken to the tow yard on June 30, after a finance companys manager reported it abandoned in its parking lot for three days
You and I both have it in our pings now so it's easily accessible should it come up again today. :)
So, any predictions on how soon the jury will come back with a verdict?
TODAY
“”I noticed in her depositions Casey uses the term absolutely a lot””
Casey used it over and over in her jailhouse videos also. Remember George and Cindy’s testimony - absolutely was a favorite word of theirs also, as was “most definitely” and “specifically” (which wasn’t used properly). There are transcripts of their depositions online and again absolutely is used repeatedly. I don’t recall Lee using it as much.
I'm watching a live feed that has a camera in the hallway. A minute ago it showed George leaning against a wall outside of the doors into the courtroom.
A very attractive lady in a beautiful red and black suit moved past him toward the ladies room, turned and came back in front of him and stopped closer to the camera. George barely noticed her, but one of the police officers walking past turned his head to glance at her! I was even watching her! lol George may have had 40 affairs, I have no way of knowing, but today he didn't even glance at a woman who was moving quite slowly in front of him.
LOL!
“I don’t think it would stop her from the death penalty”.
I read somewhere that death penalty cases get automatic appeals and usually takes about 12 years before being carried out. I don’t believe it is ever automatic. So, even if she is pregnant (and I personally don’t think so), she would have plenty of time to have the child.
