And maybe it was a PACKAGE of duct tape. Like, you know, TWO rolls of identical duct tape - sorta like I have in my kitchen.
If the duct tape was in the house, garage, or shed ALL 4 of them had access to it. Casey showed how things locked up in the shed didn’t keep her from getting to them and even if Lee didn’t live there he surely had a house key and could come and go at will.
