The impound man swears he told him. George is the proven liar. Assume the impound man is not lying. Then how did George know. And why would he lie about it?
Can you remember every absolute thing that has been said to you especially when there are stressful circumstances?
I couldn’t answer either way as to who is the liar. I understand that one can say what would motivate Simon to lie but you have to remember this is three years ago and there could be elements of the conversation he had with
George that could be sketchy once his depo and or statements were taken.
At this point, with all the state presented regarding George Anthony, I do not believe he was in any way involved in the murder of this little girl.
Don't you have that a little mixed up? Cindy and Casey are proven liars. George is an accused liar, with little or no evidence BTW.
