Now he’s using vulgarisms like “cut the cheese.” What a jerk. Why doesn’t he just give the jury (in the immortal words of Judge Perry) the middle finger of affection?
My jaw dropped when I heard that. I must say, this guy has a lot of class--it's just that all of it is LOW. Bear in mind, too, that when we say a lawyer "represents" the client, that's very true. What the lawyer does can often reflect badly for the client.
