Wendy Murphy was on Geraldo tonight.

She doesn’t think Casey killed Caylee. Never has. She thinks Casey was pimping Caylee out for child porn, and one of Casey’s associates killed Caylee and that Casey is covering for them.

Wendy Murphy thinks Casey will be acquitted because...

1. Photographs of Caylee seized from the Anthony home have been sealed from public view by court order as “too prejudicial”. The images are apparently so awful, Casey’s attorney made a very big fuss about Cindy Anthony answering deposition questions about the FACT that the photos exist. Why?

3. In May and June of 08, when Caylee was sleeping with Casey at a friend’s apartment, Casey got a phone call in the middle of the night, in response to which, she roused Caylee from sleep and delivered her to some unknown location. Then she returned to her friend’s apartment and went to sleep. Casey also delivered Caylee to unknown locations on other occasions when she claimed to be bringing Caylee to a “nanny.” Where did she bring her? Why?

4. Why is the docket sheet in the case under seal? It would show what motions were filed to “seal” certain evidence. It would also show that the case has been designated a sex crime prosecution – which is important given that a sex crimes detective was involved in the early stages of the investigation. Why?

5. Casey searched the internet to learn how to make chloroform; a substance commonly used to sedate children in the making of child porn. The public thinks Casey used chloroform to kill her child, but the drug is popular among parents who pimp their kids because it’s cheap and it causes amnesia so that victims can’t remember being abused.Pimping kids is dangerous business and Casey apparently made someone very angry. ...The distortion of truth in this strange case will lead to Casey’s acquittal, which begs the real question: will the prosecution then have the guts, and the political will, to file new charges against Casey for what she REALLY did to that poor little girl.

It seems Wendy has gone off the deep end.

I don’t think I buy that version though it certainly is an interesting take.

I think Wendy’s who I heard on Fox tonight. Even Geraldo didn’t quite buy it either..and we know how he is.

Still my concern is the jury will get confused over these various ways of conviction and or not. If some think she’s not guilty but believe she was abusing Casey via the chloroform the at what point does the term aggrivated come into play.

Hopefully the jury will understand the differences between charges... clearly.

Wendy's line of thinking is horrid. But, as much as it turns my stomach, it could be the story behind Caylee's death. The use of chloroform to sedate Caylee, along with some duct tape applied to keep her quiet if she woke up - that would explain the tape residue they found. Then, that night of her death, perhaps too much chloroform was used and she accidently died - the "accident" part of the story that Casey mentioned could just be the truth. After that Casey and/or someone took the body to dispose of in the swamp so that no evidence of any perverted act could be found on the child's body. By allowing many days to pass, in order to provide time for the body to decompose fully, Casey was sure no sexual acts could be detected.

All those things could have happened...making Casey not ACTUALLY a murderer, but a woman more interested in protecting herself than in grieving for her daughter. If she was capable of pimping out her daughter, it certainly explains her cold attitude and behavior.

The woman is seriously messed up - narcissistic with no empathy or concern for others and a pathological liar. But with all narcissists and pathological liars...there is always a bit of the truth at the root of their lies. Thus, it could have been "accidental" if it took place after some perverted action.

Obviously Cindy has enabled her throughout her life while George just gave up.
