I had two in the “terrible” 2’s at the same time. I have never been that tired in my life. Full time job at the same time. Gawd I’m getting exhausted just thinking about it.
As you point out. No indication Casey made that commitment.

That’s my daughter...she can’t seem to get enough rest. I told her from the beginning to nap when the baby naps. But she can only see the work that needs to be done. We’re only about 15 minutes away from her so she’s able to bring him over for a few hours which allows her to just sit and relax or catch up. It’s a great joy to have him....We’re in our middle ‘70’s so it’s pretty challenging to keep up with him.
I don’t remember it being like this with her and I was the same age when she was born (middle 30’s) but she was a girl...I didn’t know boys could have so much energy!! WHEW! His favorite word now is “outside?” as he runs to get his shoes and hands them to us. How can we resist?
