Patton we are alone in our opinion. But I am on with the same wave. I have more than reasonable doubt. Look at what the Judge did today. Gave the State overnight to recover. After complaining the jury needs to end the case and go home. Judicial misconduct? Hey how come the so called judge could not see Ashtons antics? Set up? Critical thinking might not apply with all the emotions running wild. What do you think?
you DO understand that the fact that the prosecutor gets overnight to prepare his rebuttal is NOT evidence don’t you?
Actually, I think the Judge is doing a good job. He is literate, cautious, and well versed. Also cognizant of the cost to taxpayers.
The case will inevitably get appealed - but not because of the judge.
