I agree it's good for the State; still, the clock is the clock. The reporters are saying the jury looked beat and worn out, and this is good for the defense because they will be thinking about the defense case all night.

I don't agree, I think the jury will be thinking how long the defense dragged this out and how they weren't able to prove the case they presented in opening. Also, the State and the jury will be fresh tomorrow, and the jury will also be seeing a fresh face...Linda Burdick is supposed to give final argument.
