I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.

I was a jury foreman on a murder trial once. I was an extreme note taker because of the importance... however, the guy was very very guilty. We decided in 2 votes and sentenced him. 35 minutes in deliberation.
He’s got me confused...

The ease with how people Lie in American Society has really disturbed me.
Obama is the personification of this LYING problem. I find lying to be one of the most destructive activities humans can engage in. It allows unqualified people to attain high places. I gets people to vote for charlatans. It gets 2 1/2 year old children murdered. I hate lying.
Now he’s back to the “caley drown” story. Nobody believes that.

Didn’t it appear strange to see people drinking and partying and Casey had a lollipop? Recall as shown in the photos, Casey was at one point on the floor, then at another moment making out with a female, and finally giving a male a lap dance.
The lollipop while using Ecstasy is well known and very common, i.e. to the younger generation. It seems there is a generation gap and the older generation just isn’t quite up to the real widespread use of the drug Ecstasy. Ecstasy is a drug as common as marijuana.

Yes... I still have the notes, and the 43 pages of jury instruction. The differences between murder, manslaughter, etc etc. And the trial was in 94
George and Cindy are broke. Count on it. Cindy will seek out help to write a book.
Agree... I think this is gonna cost Baez a few bucks.
I think we will get it first thing in the morning. These people want to spend the 4th with their families.
