I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.

OR they can be blaming him and his client for being stuck in their own kind of prison while sitting on this jury and missing a second national holiday. heck, they can’t even go to church today like normal people.......now this blowhard gets up and admittedly has to blow smoke for his client.....but they don’t have to like it.
I don't think so, because she left with Casey on the 15th and then was running around with Tony on the 16th (memorialized on the Blockbuster security tape and her texts), so I don't believe she went BACK to the Anthony house until she backed into the garage on the 17th. Wasn't it the 18th when she asked for the shovel from the neighbor? Why was she there on the 17th, I've forgotten what happened on that date.

Authorities asked those interviewed about their knowledge of the relationship between Casey Anthony and her mother, as well as whether they had seen Caylee Anthony.
In one interview, allegations were made about the use of marijuana by Casey Anthony. Investigators also talked with Cindy Anthony’s mother, Shirley Plesea, in August.
The state attorney’s office said it went through twenty discs worth of evidence before the release.
Marijuana allegations: Investigators conducted an interview with Cameron Campina on Oct. 6. Campina is a roommate of Casey said that while Casey was staying in his apartment, she would smoke marijuana in a pipe, but Campina said she wasn’t a “normal drug user.” Campina said Casey could get high off very little marijuana and laugh, smile and have a good time watching TV and cooking food. Campina said he never gave her any other drugs and knew of no other friends who did.
Cindy Anthony’s mother interviewed: Investigators talked to Shirley Plesea, who is Cindy Anthony’s mother on Aug. 21. Plesea said Cindy Anthony would give her life for Caylee. But Plesea agreed that Cindy Anthony changed her story during the investigation. Plesea said, “If she doesn’t believe Casey then Caylee’s dead. Honest to God that’s my feeling.” She also said about Casey, “I just wonder if she hated her mom more than she loved Caylee.” Plesea said she got goose bumps when Cindy Anthony informed her Casey was in jail and Caylee had been missing for a month. Plesea said that, in June, Cindy Anthony made it clear that she wanted custody of Caylee. Then, she said, Casey Anthony promised day after day to bring Caylee home, but never did. Plesea said she thinks Casey Anthony did that to torment her mother. Pleasea said she believes the unemployed 22-year-old may have stolen as much as $45,000 from her parents, possibly by taking out credit cards in Cindy Anthony’s name. The mounting bills forced Cindy Anthony to tap into her 401K, and nearly cost the Anthonys their home on Hopespring Drive. The grandmother said she first learned of Casey Anthony’s thievery when she discovered she had stolen one of her checks and spent $54 to buy a cake and party favors for Caylee’s 2nd birthday and then wrote another check from Plesea’s account for $354 to pay her cell phone bill. Investigators talked with Plesea on the same day Casey Anthony bonded out of jail. Her grandmother told investigators she wasn’t happy about that. In fact, to get to the truth, she suggested it might do Casey Anthony some good to get “beat up” behind bars. She said her last words to Casey Anthony were, “I love you, but I don’t like you.”

Seems like Baez is now working for the prosecutor. Terrible lawyering on his part.
Then he starts showing how she lives in an imaginary world. So....is he saying first she didn't do it (state manipulating evidence) or....that she did do it but due to mental incompetence?

Meanwhile- the state has objected 4-5 times to this closing and has been sustained- and the judge warned Baez about pulling these stunts.
Judge is now looking up things in his law text books and on his computer.
