Good Morning to all. Closing Arguments are today.
I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.

I think she is GUILTY as hell! I also hopes she gets to ride the Gurney at Starke. But , if not I would like to start a pool on the date they find her body in a swamp in Florida.

This is not rocket science. George lied about an affair (I guess) and to cover up for the crimes of his daughter. Cindy lied to cover up for the crimes of her daughter. Casey lied to cover up her crimes of theft and murder (or manslaughter).
So true . If she acquitted someone in the public will get her. If put in prison someone in there will get her..All scenerios Casey is a dead duck

If you and I were on the jury it would be a hung jury. A retrial would have to occur. Maybe then the truth might surface. That may happen.
Yeah, I kind of wonder what she would do if she were found not guilty on all counts? What kind of life could she have at this point?

What’s your opinion on which way the jury will go? If what we are reading here on FR is any indication, there will be several jurors who think that the Prosecution did not prove its case. Some, in fact, that are impervious to any reality. As someone who served on jury duty at least 3 times, I’ve met jurors like that.
If, as it appears, she killed Caylee so she could be free to party, I think a life sentence without parole is actually better than the needle. She will be in prison watching herself turn old, gray and wrinkled, well after Caylee would have reached maturity. I would think that a harsher sentence for a narcissist.
Do you know how George knew the car was at Amsott 3 days and nights before it was towed? He also had the keys. The smell showed up after the car was towed in.
I just hope she gets her tubes tied. And goes home to Mama Cindy - for life.

To me death is too ez for her. She needs life /no parole and really be punished....no more partying...no more sex except with a butch or a guard...Death however if would not takes years to happen perhaps could help the Anthony’s cope and heal because she would be completely out of their life.. What is true justice??? Duct tape over her mouth would be approiate instead of a needle
I have talked to my son on the extreme possibilities that she may get out.
Living in the Orlando area I advised him if ever were to meet her or anyone like her, run!

Life in prison is the better punishment for her.
But not because the prosecution hasn’t proven Casey did it.

There is no evidence presented that Casey was abused. So it’s a non issue.
But let’s say that she was....that does not excuse or reason out someone who has killed their own child. There are many people who have been abused as children who do not, of course, kill their children. But there are many killers who kill their children...and that without remorse.
