Good Morning to all. Closing Arguments are today.
I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.
Let me know if you want on or off the ping list.
I think Casey still thinks she is going to get away with this
Ah, reminds me of back in the Clinton days. Every woman was lying, he was the only one telling the truth.
Sure I can - watch this:
a=b=1
aa=ab
aa-bb=ab-bb
(a+b)(a-b)=b(a-b)
a+b=b
2=1
;)
OMG, is JB really going to bring up how the family burried it's beloved pets again? The last time it just served to make his client look bad.
The look on Ashton’s face is priceless.
Who cut the cheese? Are you kidding me?
The looks on Ashton’s face are priceless
his idiot just told a “who cut the cheese” joke in the middle of his summation? I’m at a loss......
I agree. At one point, didn’t someone say they had put up their house to help pay for the expenses of defending their worthless daughter? I’m sure Cindy has lost her job right now, and who would want to hire her? Yet the looks from Casey toward her parents this past week have been nothing but evil. They lost everything to try to keep her sorry self out of jail and off of death row.
That said, it also occurs to me that a little discipline back when Casey was a wee one might have changed everything...
Well, I for one am glad you’re not on the jury, just sayin. :) I think she is so guilty.
What made me lose it was when Ashton showed the picture of the laundry bag. He said that was Caylee’s coffin.
Yes, the way it works is the prosecution goes first, then defense, then prosecution for rebuttal. It’s the prosecution that has the burden of proof, so they get that last shot.
I hope you are wrong on this one, Fatima. But, I'll still give you a big ((((HUG)))).
lol we were thinking and typing at the same time
The lives of this family are irreversibly destroyed”.
I have wondered if George and Cindy (no matter what the verdict) won’t separate after the trial. It seems so much damage by questioning if the Father abused his daughter, killed his grandchild, had an affair etc... doesn’t place a toll on the family. Let’s just say, if they seperate.. I wouldn’t be surprised at all.
That portion of his summation was dramatic but really awful. I genuinely felt ill.
LOL this is getting pretty laughable
LOL! Hard to miss, for sure.
Maybe that is why they won’t let me do jury duty.
Prove it, or do not.
Everyone else walks.
A lot of couples can’t make it through a tragedy such as this even if the death of a child is truly an accident. they turn away from each other to handle their grief, IMO
I just seem to think those sexual abuse charges are so laughable that would not have any impact on their marriage. Now, it is beleivable to an extent he may have had an affair and maybe that could cause a split down the line.
As for any money problems they may have, I’m sure their will be books down the line and the like.
