Good Morning to all. Closing Arguments are today.
I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.
Let me know if you want on or off the ping list.
A lot of Freepers thought the state of CA didn't prove David Westerfield kidnap and kill Danielle Van Dam; but he was convicted and sentenced to death. Prior to his trial, the defense and prosecutor were negotiating anexchange of a life sentence for info on the location of the body. Just before that deal was completed, the cops foun the body.
In this case, it would not surprise me if she is convicted of pre-meditated murder, or the next lesser charge; but she will be convicted.

Nonsense - I am on my way out to the kitchen to get 4 Chocolate Chip cookies. That’s my limit! That’s only because I have to make them last until I get to the store again. HA
Hot here too - GA....time for it to go away!!!
post #35 has a link to a good timeline of what went on and Casey’s lies. I haven’t studied it completely but will tonight.

OK. Watch and learn. Where do you get your information and I hope it is not the MSM. You think I am a Manic? Explain. Have you done any research I am not aware of? Let me hear it. How am I out of control?

You just don't know how many times I'm absolutely disgusted with some FR posters!
I was not familiar with that. But I think we may get a surprise verdict. Have you followed the trial?
I will go on record as saying the only question is if she fries for this or lives out her life in prison. She should have RUN to the cops with the news of her missing child....she should have been hysterical over Caylee....not the state of her own sorry life. I listened to her whining about her sad life in prison....we all did. Evidence? You are overlooking a lot.
Casey has looked guilty by her actions and lies from the beginning. I have nothing against circumstantial evidence. It doesn't make me a bad conservative.
Well do not be disgusted. We express our opinions here with no fear of PC. We fight it out and accept the tale of the tape. You should be not disgusted. It is the best forum on the internet.
Then you have no idea what the jury thinks of Perry or Ashton, do you.
:)OK Captain.
The other night I read some interesting things about Casey and Caylee on Dr. Lillian Glass' website. She analyzed 3 videos Casey made of Caylee and strictly speaking in terms of just personal interaction with Caylee, Dr. Glass did not find Casey to be even an adequate mother.
Dr. Glass also said that in the Father's Day video from June 15, 2008 it was her opinion that Caylee's speech was delayed. That at nearly 3 years old she should have been speaking more clearly and consistently using at least 3 word sentences. She said that apparently one of the reasons her speech was delayed was that Casey apparently had a cruel habit of deliberately ignoring Caylee which can be seen in the 3 video's in question.
When we first moved to our current location and were house hunting, there was a home we were interested in. The realtor had to inform us that it was the same neighborhood the Van Dam’s and Westerfield lived.
Even though it was long after, we decided against that home.

Good grief - that reminds me that I never took the last load out of the dryer yesterday.......thanks.
No it does not. I would trust circumstantial evidence over eyewitness any day. But I do not see the evidence.
Am I not allowed to base my opinion on the same evidence the jury sees? To each his own. Time will tell.
That is pretty interesting. That is a name I haven’t heard in years - Lillian Glass. Thanks. I’ll check that website out.
I think most of us agree on this point.
