Good Morning to all. Closing Arguments are today.
I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.

I would agree that if they make it a short deliberation, she will found guilty. I don’t think that’s going to happen, though.
See ... .they want them to review the evidence etc. I was a foreman on a murder case. I thought it was evident. We went in ... they elected me foreman... I said let’s vote... it was 10 to 1. We went around the table one time and said what we all thought. Voted again and it was 11 - 0. We were out in 35 minutes. Including sentencing the guy.
They say a quick verdict is bad for the defendant but OJ’s jury blew a whole in that theory.

It’s facinating. Alyssa Bustamante is the defendant. Google it...should be quite a trial.
Prosecution will tie it together.But jury will find no premed-Manslaughter .I guess 3 days.

I have always thought that Juries pretty much have their minds made up before they get into the room.
Only need to go Over the evidence if someone has a question.

Rebuttal argument in 5 minutes. The State has 2.5 hours left to use. I doubt they will use more than an hour.
