Mr. 2D you’ve got lots of wear left on those tires. Walking is great and you don’t even have to do it all in the mall. I don’t know where you live but wherever it is, outside is good too; you can listen to music or a talk while you walk and you’ll really be enjoying yourself. It’s easily within reach.

My goodness, man—you have years and years and years to go! Get a stationary bike, start low friction and go slow; put it in front of a TV or near a radio. If you must, rig something up so you can work a laptop simultaneously (put the bike near a countertop if that’s all you can manage). Keep the carbs down; take all your pills—they work! Limit the mall-walking and walk in the sun with a hat and sunscreen & get your Vit D naturally. You’re in my prayers.
51 is very young. I will certainly keep you in my prayers. You can do it! Walking, swimming, and eating right will do the trick!
