The squad of guys that tried to kill him for for being loud and obnoxious?
Role play for me. As uniformed Law Enforcement Officer, how would you deal with an intoxicated person that just took a swing at you?

Oh, man - that's an EASY one.
Just like the Founders, I would have sent a squad of beefy armed law enforcers to put the beat-down on him, then leveled a dozen charges on him after my squad nearly killed him.
"Resisting arrest", "falling off the curb", and all that jazz.
That way, the uppity drunk would also have to pay thousands of dollars in legal fees and burn months of his time, just as the Founders envisioned.
Why didn't you ask a tough question?
