My wife works 12 hour shifts as a nurse. She is often asleep at 1:30 in the afternoon and needs her sleep for patient safety.

Moreover, I don’t see any bloody reason I should be subjected to someone’s loud music just because it’s daylight. That’s an example of a guy’s right to swing his arms ending at the tip of my nose, and IIRC we’ve had laws against disturbing the peace since the days when everyone here was a subject of the crown.
