Officers Use Taser on Man Playing Loud Music

An investigation into loud music ended with a Piqua man getting tased by police Tuesday.

Officers responded to the rear apartment at 316 Broadway at about 1:30 p.m. after a neighbor complained about loud music coming from the address.

Investigators approached the suspect, Patrick Miller, 45, and asked him to turn down the music.

Miller, officers say, turned it up instead.

An officer exchanged words with Miller, but waited for backup to arrive before approaching him again.

Ultimately, officers say Miller took a swing at them and that is when he was tased.

Miller became unresponsive and CPR was necessary. He was stabilized and removed to Upper Valley Medical Center.

Officers say there was evidence of alcohol use, but the investigation continues.

No officers or fire personnel were injured during the incident.

Miller remains hospitalized in the ICU unit at Upper Valley Medical Center.

Charges against Miller include aggravated menacing, resisting arrest, obstructing official business and disturbing the peace.

“Jesse was charged with assault on a peace officer, resisting arrest, and obstructing official business.”
However, “Jesse was declared incompetent by the Montgomery County Juvenile Court and the charges against Jesse were dismissed.”
Jesse and his mom seek damages from the city and the two lead officers, for false imprisonment, false arrest, malicious prosecution, assault, battery, excessive use of force, infliction of emotional distress and civil conspiracy.

The courts have permitted the police and politicans - at all levels of government - to think they are above the law, so they act as if they are above the law. They hold an attitude of contempt against American citizens.

I feel like we are living in a foreign nation and like I can’t wait to get back home.

That was an interesting blog. Chicago is a mess of crime and corruption and they go hand in hand so nicely.

Since race baiting cops seems to be central to the DNC Union “activist” agenda in order to protect real criminals from law enforcement in the city when those criminals are black, it is no wonder we are seeing a return of the “wildin’” crowd targeting white people in the city. Race activists are like the KKK leaders of history with a never ending array of excuses for Black racism in action. The police chief is a leftist race pimp of the highest degree.

What is up is down and what is down is up in Chicago.
