That would be most interesting information but I doubt that we will ever see it.

I once spent a half hour on the phone with a guy from the bar association discussion a complaint with a lawyer... After all that time he said “you need to write a letter saying you want to file a complaint for X Y Z” (X, Y, Z being a few out of MANY MANY errors this moronski lawyer did...)
2 weeks later I get a reply back “We are sorry but X, Y, Z are not actionalble items that constitute legal malpractice.”

I think each state is different. I was able to get the complete disbarrment file of a lawyer from one by email in a half hour, but in another state they wouldn’t disclose anything. It was a long time ago and I don’t remember the states but they weren’t Illinois.
