I think this is why Obama keeps bringing up that he might not run for a second term even after he announced he’s running. He is afraid his wall of power has cracks in it with the rise of the Tea Party at the Federal and State levels.

McStain and the other globalist Rinos don’t have total control over the GOP anymore. They don’t have control over Trump and he’s threatened to come back around when his show’s season is over. They don’t have total control over all the delegates and secretaries of State. If Trump comes in as a Presidential candidate to pop the lid on Obama’s game, it will get real bad for Obama and his corrupt enablers, fast. All the media and politicans could not hold Trump off and he forced obama to release what analysts beleive is a forged document. If he continues to pursue this in order to rescue the nation, Obama will have problems. But...with all the trickery going on, Trump could have just played a role to ease out the birth cert. to put the issue to rest so no delegates would dare pop the questions on Obama.

It would only take one person with leagal standing to subject Obama to being exposed and that is a big risk for a rich man with no talent beyond scamming the system. It is a big risk for all his protectors who have walked the plank to get him into power even while the pulbic has been vocal on their doubt. They are all cooperating with the commission of fraud and treason. McStain cooperated directly.

The major issue that always haunts those investigating Obama’s hidden past is the active disinformation operation that is ongoing and friends of Obama that inflitrate and misdirect. A bunch of traps to lead people in the wrong direction have been laid everywhere.

But I think Obama is not comfortable that he’s home free anymore and he takes a huge risk to go through the qualification process again with all the information (both true and fake) now collected on him. They all thought this would go away by now and it has not.

Good points.

If you were a DP Chair in a state that required sign off on eligibility like Hawaii, would you sign the document?

Hawaii Democratic Chairman Brian Schatz did not in 2008 and he most likely knows the truth.

If I was a Democratic Chair in 2012 I would look to Hawaii and say - “you first” before signing anything.

Very well thought out and, I too, think your points are valid.
