I think he should have included NCIS and taken out some of the others (especially the animated ones). I dropped animation once I grew up. However, my mea culpa is that I’ve never watched those shows I’m referring to, so take it with a grain of salt.

As for my favorite of the bunch, that’s easy: Gunsmoke.

NCIS is one of the best. Love The Closer also...Gunsmoke was great. So was Barney Miller. You can watch the reruns of Barney Miller and the show is not dated, cause there was no politics in it...

Because NCIS skewed LEFT when Bellisario left his direct producing duties and CBS hired lefty writers. Remember the Palin dig 2 seasons ago?

I always felt that way as well - but give South Park a few viewings (2 or 3) - it’s NOT a kids’ show! I really got hooked on it - extremely witty.
