As someone who grew up in the 50’s reading Superman, I think the direction they are taking him is ridiculous. What next? Will he be turning black next? Change his name to Super-Weiner?

Actually, there’s going to be a black Batman. Batwing is a member of the League of Batmen (don’t ask) and is a superhero who operates throughout Africa. Personally, I would have chosen Knight and Squire (the British version of Batman and Robin) for a solo title.
