I guess just to be on the safe side. The police report didn't help because the police were so “star-struck”. Watch the whole video. Posing for photos with her while this kid's blood is running over the pavement. He was shoved into a concrete pillar and hit his head on the curb. Gives new meaning to “kicked to the curb” and an Army Officer in training, during time of war, as well. What an up-standing crock of crap.

The Academy has always been about appearence and always will. You do anything to make the academy look bad and you’re toast.

King's attorney, John Raley, said Thursday that his client had been suspended from West Point as a result of the episode and placed in a "mentorship" program which will require active-duty status of at least a year.

That doesn't sound like "suspended" that sounds like "expelled". Being expelled from a military academy during the junior or senior year usually involves active duty service until the 'debt' is repaid.
