Frankly, I think Obama will leave the Democratic Party in smoking ruins when he, Michell, MIL and the two daughter flee the country after his resignation.

He's going to leave some law schools in smoking ruins also. :(

The law schools in this nation detoured down the wrong path when they concentrated on case law, rather than the constitutionality of a law or laws, in determining court outcomes affected by or challenging legislation.
