I quite agree and admire the good Dr. However, she has also fought hard with other attorneys, judges who have actually tried to help her, and anyone who has qualms about her legal methods.
I urge you to actually listen to her constant interruption of Gary Kreep during their joint appearance for oral argument in the 9th Circus. Her first technical victory, on the SS# matter, deserves all praise. But, it is a minor coup which needs careful direction. Let's see how she handles it.
Above all, I admire her gutsy ability to continue in the face of self-caused adversity and to persevere in turning her lawyer persona into the equal of her dentist persona.
