I would too. Murder One is definitely over the top. Manslaughter at best seems far more reasonable. But the video doesn't, and can't, show everything that was happening. People rely far too much on what a video or photo appears to be showing.

You bet. Ya can’t see the robbery suspect in the video, he could have very well made movements which the store owner believed to be a potential threat.
