If I'm in my own store, and two violent armed robbery suspects enter pointing a weapon at me, they are going to get shot, and I would continue shooting as long as they were moving. I believe the robbery victim said the suspect on the floor was moving.

This guy might have been a BS'er, but he didn't lie about two violent robbery suspects entering his store, attempting to rob him at gun point.

I agree completely. The problem is we don't blow away "unarmed idiots" flopping on the floor. Unarmed idiots would be the key point here.
