Watched the video when it first came out and read the articles then. When I left off I don't recall reading that the 14 year old with the gun had been caught.
What a way to waste your life.
So the Fagin in all this was the 16 year old ~ that's another way to waste your life

So, youre saying he used the Taurus Judge revolver first and shot Antwun in the head with that one then got the Kel-Tec 380? For crying out loud, watch the video rather than keep asking me to answer questions about what is in the video.

By the way, since you seem to be the expert on this case, was the weapon from the robbery suspects ever recovered?

He then came back in and swapped to the .38, which he unloaded into the dude on the floor. Please watch the videos.

The video does not show the robbery suspect on the floor, nor does the video show if the robbery suspect was moving on the floor. The robbery victim likely had no idea if the robbery suspect on the floor had a weapon or not.
My question is, how does *anyone* know if the robbery suspect on the floor was moving or not?

See post 47, I accidentally used the word ‘could’ but I meant that that is what the coroner found.

For crying out loud, watch the video rather than keep asking me to answer questions about what is in the video. The video doesn't show which gun he shot him in the head with or which gun he got from the cash register. Apparently the video shows everything you want it to and nothing you don't want it to.

His counsel needs to contact the force science institute.

Wrong, you do not have the right to switch guns and murder someone that is no longer a threat. I agree.
But tell me, how do they know the robbery victim, at the time, knew the robbery suspects only had one weapon?
How do they know the robbery suspect on the floor was not moving on the floor? In addition, how they know the robbery victim did not see the suspect move on the floor?
Is it possible a wounded moving robbery suspect could suddenly produce a weapon and shoot you to death?

Tiger, you can clearly see the Judge, if you know what one looks like. It doesn't look like a .38......since it chambers .410 and .45 Colt.

I watched it. I watched at least a half dozen times when this story first broke. It is only possible for you guys with Super-Video Vision to see what gun he has in his hand.

Wrong, you do not have the right to switch guns and murder someone that is no longer a threat. The moment you walk into a store for the purpose of armed robbery, or in the company of someone with that purpose, your life is forfeit in my book.
Whether put down like a dog or shot in each appendage and then through the heart makes no difference to me.

The coroner and forensics could show that the unconcious, (brain wounded) body was on its back with arms splayed palms up, when the bullets were pumped into it (and it never reacted to the bullets) A coroner could never say for sure in this instance if the suspect was moving, if he was unconscious or the exact time of death, unless he died in a hospital. That would be pure speculation.
They cannot tell you specifically when someone becomes unless maybe that person in hooked up in the hospital.

Didn’t you think that the voice over description by the Oklahoma County District Attorney helped answer your question?
