According to media reports, it was taken by employees from a subcontractor of the company. Relatively good shot of Kim's entourage. Somebody should have been at the place from which the video was taken and capped him with a rifle. Too bad.

The woman in yellow jacket getting off Chia Head's limo is suspected to be his current woman(wife?) Kim Ok. Relatively less attention paid to her if she is a really official first lady.
