When Obama showed us his ‘birth certificate’ there was only one question that an honest journalist would have asked.-
“So Mr President, which line on this form is the one that you spent a million dollars to hide? Which line caused you to allow a soldier to be imprisoned for his asking to see it? Nothing looks out of the ordinary. It cost you ten dollars and ten minutes to have Hawaii release this. Why did you spend hundreds of thousands of dollars, thousands of attorney hours, years of our nation’s time, and drag us through this constitutional crisis rather than spend the ten dollars and ten minutes right from the start?”

Because the ugly truth is that POTUS is a ditherer. He finds it hard to make up his mind and too often has to be pushed by stronger personalities (read: Nancy Pelosi, national security advisers, etc.) to take action. Once things appear to be OK, he then rushes to the head of the parade to claim he was leading it etc.
