President Bush would be criticized for not taking him alive, for barging in unannounced, for not delivering food to the neighborhood, for leaving the "mansion" a mess, for not ringing the doorbell, you name it he would be criticized for it.
Remember when Private Jessica Lynch, at the beginning of the Iraq war, was rescued and the military was actually criticized for breaking the door down? If I remeber correctly that was Peter Jennings who complained about that. Bush and Cheney would not be praised leaders, they would be assasins in cowboy hats.

I came across a pic on a lib site today that had Obama in a cowboy hat that was captioned “I gave you the BC and Osama, what the FXXk more do you want?”
Sure seems like the left likes cowboy diplomacy when it’s ‘their’ cowboy.
The hypocrisy made me sick looking at it.
