According to the Doctor who wrote the book, he advises only liquid IONIC mineral supplements. He says that minerals in ionic form are 100% bioavailable, meaning they are water soluble and are immediatly available to your body. He does not promote any particular brand. I would highly suggest reading the book to get even more information.
The product I take is made by Eidon, you can look them up on the web. Easy to take and no flavor. Since bones are basically a mineral savings bank for your body, anytime your are low on a mineral your bones get robbed to fill the deficiency. So it will take time to rebuild the "bank". This doctor states that he has seen 5% bone density increase in patients in a year after starting them on minerals. (any increase over 2% is significant)
Also, you can find sea salt at the grocery store or health food store.
