This was fun to discuss two years ago, and it's an interesting historical question with no definitive answer, but beyond that it's a dead issue. The courts aren't going to unseat a President over something that supposedly went over everyone's heads (including this conservative forum pre-2008).

Some people act like the Framers' original intent on this matter is crystal clear, but it really isn't. There's just not enough evidence to change the minds of the vast majority of legal experts, but you might have some luck with those who just can't let go of the idea Obama is ineligible.
