Now where in the article does the author present evidence of racism.

The officials were concerned about the fact that he was a whore and that he had at least two wives.

Wasn’t polygamy illegal in 1961?

Sure it does.

It's racist to impose our marital values on a black African.

What I find most interesting is that US officials were apparently aware at the time that he was already married in Kenya.

No racism presented at all, and polygamy is indeed illegal, even today, in the US.
