Can you easily answer my questions at #25? Do you even understand my thoughts? I’m a DBA and I do have extensive programming experience in printed documents on all kinds of security paper with and with graphics, but I am not a graphics expert. I understand compression and image quality degradation when saving and re-saving files.

BS, I could save and re save, re name the images I just posted a million times...the quality will not change one iota.

I think if you look at the Nordyke twin birth certificates, you’ll notice that there isn’t a “safety” background (at least from what I can tell quickly looking at the low resolution versions available on the Web). I believe Obama’s birth certificate probably followed this path: printed physical document to microfiche to electronic scan to printing on the green background paper to PDF scan.
