Every photocopy of Long Form BCs from that hospital from that time period that I have seen have a similar disappearing digit, it’s from a rotating date rubber stamp for the date and a rotating number rubber stamp for the ‘File Number’...

Don't worry...it's just an artifact from 0bama's parallel universe time machine....

My theory is that the 0bama regime have a prototype time machine stashed away at Rosewell in area 52.....

it's not a complete time machine allowing operatives to be transported backwards and returned....

However, it at least allows connection into a parallel universe where 0bambi was born in the USA....

If you look at the image provided by the White House you see the birth certificate entering from the parallel universe from the slot on the left...takes form and appears as a whole page...

The official web site for Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital says that the hospital name at the time of his birth should have been Kauikeolani Children's Hospital. The name didn't change to Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until Kauikeolani Children's Hospital merged with Kapiolani Maternity Home in 1978.
