The statement, “you should not be able to move things around,” is false. I have proved it. To summarize, I printed the PDF supplied by the White House yesterday, scanned it to PDF on a copier which sent the PDF to my email. I downloaded the PDF, opened it in Adobe Illustrator and found that most of the same elements were seperated into layers and that I could move/hide/delete. If you look at the link I provided to my previous post, you’ll see an image of my PDF in Illustrator with all the layers selected.
So what is your opinion of the long form?
