“What is this supposed to be? What is with the curled page set on top of another page. That is clearly what was done. Yet all the green security paper pattern lines up? This doesn’t even make sense. “ This one point is a non-starter. the give away that it is a forgery can be seen in the signatures. Open the PDF and magnify to maximum. The signature of the doctor and register are composed of digital blocks twice as wide and high as the digital blocks of the dates corresponding to them. This cannot happen in a single source document. The signature and the date came from documents with different base resolutions.

The block size difference is only when you compare apples to oranges. That is, anti-aliased sections to non-anti-aliased sections.

See my post #84. Then look at the document again. The portions of the signature which scanned as pure black - and therefore NON anti-aliased - are the exact same block size.
