I didn’t quote go so far as to say I believe that one. I’d rate it as about a 75% shot, i.e. somebody would have to prove to me that it was fake. Again it’s possible that Moon exploration never stopped, and that we simply don’t read about it.

No, it's not possible.

There are far too many amateur astronomers looking at the moon with equipment that can see enough detail to know whether we have landed on/explored the moon.

You cannot keep that many people silent on that subject.
