Times have changed. Federally trained. Union is first in the daily prayer. Courts have said their job is not to protect and serve. They show up twenty minutes late to be big shots but job is mainly paperwork. The hard work of serving papers is breaking down doors and shooting dogs and scaring kids. The rest is tax collection via quota. Times have changed. They have morphed into henchman for the state power brokers and proletariat. Protect yourself and realize ultimately the police are no friend of yours.
