TRUMP: Obama "weak and ineffective" on almost every issue including Libya (just now on Greta)
Fox News Channel | 04/21/2011 | (live on FNC)

Very good phone interview going on right now on Greta's show.

Trump is venturing into foreign policy.

So far so good.

"I bet Karl Rove will be the one pushing an independent candidate, should Trump become the GOP nominee!"

Interesting point, Karl's ego and lack of loyalty to America will push him to take any steps to try to regain his self perceived position as the "architect".

His flip flops are not over yet as he tries to catch up to the train that has already left the station.

Living on the East Coast, I wish Greta’s show was on earlier, maybe Greta before Hannity!
Greta has a great show, fast moving, alway informative and she works hard in getting her interviews (going to Congress to get Congress people, going with Hitlery on her junkets, with Rev. Graham to Haiti etc.).

You know what?

Last general election, there was a candidate named Duncan Hunter.

Congressman Hunter, arguably, would have been the finest president America has ever be graced with. Better even than Reagan.

From the moment he declared, I watched him ridiculed as irrelevant and pushed aside.

I’m not going to stand by quietly watching that happen again. Call me whatever, I’m the furthest thing from a commie.

So who do you support?

Ante up.

Who?

Reagan would never. Never. Never have supported sending America’s industrial base to the Peoples Republic of China.

Got bad news for ya, Reagan was a free trader. It was under Reagan that the WTO was created, it was Reagan that got the precursor to NAFTA called the US-Canada Free Trade Agreement passed, it was Reagan who vetoed Protectionist bills, etc. You really have no idea what Reagan's policy would have been in regards to China.

Reagan was loved by union Americans. Patriotic, pro-RKBA pickup truck driving America workers.

Yes, things sucked, so many Democrats voted for Reagan. And?

Donald Trump sounded no different from a progressive left winger when it comes to unemployment, infrastructure, etc. The only thing I can find that separates him much from Bernie Sanders is that he beats Obama over the head on the birther issue. Heck, they probably share the same friends since "The Donald's" best buddies tend to be northeastern liberals like Chuck Schumer.

Selling them down the river is not the way to win, and it’s not good for America.j

Trump basically sounds like Ed Schultz on almost everything except other than the birth certificate issue. Pro union, pro infrastructure spending, pro protectionist policies, etc.

Yes. Reagan was a populist. And a patriot.

Patriot? Absolutely and one of our greatest presidents of all time. Populist? No so much. That you compare Donald Trump to Ronald Reagan is downright pathetic. Reagan was a real conservative. Trump is a loud mouth throwing red meat to the base of party he thinks he may need to hijack to find a road to the presidency.

Do you now support Universal Healthcare? Cause Donald Trump does. Again, he may as well be Bernie Sanders or Ed Schultz minus the birther stuff.

I’m not seeing Trump as a commie. Laws are on the books for equitable compensation even from the founders. He comes across as very opportunistic and ruthless as a capitalist.

That is a far cry from where we are right now.

Interesting. Karl Rove would play the spoiler...to push Jeb Bush in 2016?

I think she has the best program out of their prime-time line-up. She is rather smart and can be quite intimidating with her questions.

Laws are on the books for equitable compensation even from the founders.

For public use not to give to private developers.

“But the fact is, if you have a person living in an area that’s not even necessarily a good area, and government, whether it’s local or whatever, government wants to build a tremendous economic development, where a lot of people are going to be put to work and make area that’s not good into a good area, and move the person that’s living there into a better place — now, I know it might not be their choice — but move the person to a better place and yet create thousands upon thousands of jobs and beautification and lots of other things, I think it happens to be good.” - Donald Trump(Fox News, 7/19/05)

How does that fit?

Duncan Hunter would never support nationalized health care or eminent domain to profit developers. Both communist policies.

Notice how Trump the birther, tea party man attacking Ozero 24/7 emerged around the time Hillary got mad at Ozero about Libya.

Nature abhors a vacuum, and that's just what the Republican presidential race was without Trump.

Isn’t Duncan Hunter pro-life too? That’s three fundamental differences.

"You didn’t read what I posted."

I apologize, I read what you posted, but jumped to the wrong conclusion.

Thank you for correcting me.

The President does not create or pass the laws, the bill would have to pass through the House and the Senate to be submitted to the President.

I am mixed on the subject of Eminent Domain laws, they have certainly been misused, but I am not smart enough to know how to address the need to create something that benefits the majority of society when one person stands in the way.

The Founder's view of eminent domain. That was the context of my reply wasn't it?
