Same here. Just lost 28 lbs and used Atkins the last 2 weeks and lost 12 of those 28. Feel fantastic and bacon and eggs for breakfast is a great thing. Bacon is awesome. I repeat...Bacon is awesome!
Mt doctor encouraged it and he himself is a high protein/low carb guy.
yep. my experience as well. bacon and eggs rock. love myself some butter too :-).
greek yoghurt and raw almonds are also a favorite.
