So, I say, to pay for the medical care for these STD’s, we should raise the rates on all those folks who are overweight by 10 lbs, because those are the folks who are going to the doctors all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone knows that this is gospel truth.

Also, raise the rates on the smokers - we have to do this to pay for the high medical costs caused by promiscuous behavior which has now infected even the older members of society.
