There are many new, safer helmet designs emerging. The market is answering the call for improved safety.

You can make the best helmets possible, but that isn’t going ti stop the brain from bouncing around inside the skull, while bits of it are torn off from the natural bone fragments that sit along the edges of the skull plates.

They need to start putting thick padding on the outside of helmets too.

They could end up protecting people on the outside of the helmet as well as the one inside the helmet.

If hitting with the helmet becomes an ineffective weapon they will stop doing it.
