Bill Cosby has been speaking against the 'gangsta mindset' for years. He puts the blame for all the 'gangsta, gangbanger, Ebonics' culture at the feet of the Black community.

He could also talk about white communities speaking in Ebonics, and wearing ghetto clothes. Or Asian communities speaking in Ebonics and wearing ghetto clothes. My point is he is not talking about the color of their skin he is talking about how they are wasting their life.
