Well, that's just fine, but the consensus among environmental scientists is that full reservoirs are one of the chief causes of global warming.

(or is it high oil prices? It must be one or the other)

Yep. Perfect timing for the leftist to pull out their water resources scheme to regulate and tax it. Fresh water will be the new climate change issue because the global warming scam is not working.

I saw my first scare piece on one of the Discovery channels claiming we will run out of fresh water soon. It was eerily similar to the original global warming crap.
