California is awash. And the winter snowmelt hasn’t even started. In fact, here in Northern CA we had a new snowfall just 4-5 days ago. Yeah but it doesn't matter how much snow or rain we get here...the lib eco freaks will still claim there is a drought and ration water...you just wait until summer and we will still get odd even watering days...sighing in Rancho Cucamonga
