I am not familiar with CC Cleaner. My overall experience is that they can do more harm than good. I also wind up doing a clean install every year or so.

I bet if you used CCleaner or Glary Utilities, etc you wouldn't need to do that every year... :)

I tend to do it whether it needs it or not. Sometimes you can't tell if it needs it.
